While ImpHyve is an 18+ platform, explicit sexual content, pornography, or sexually suggestive material involving minors is prohibited.

🚫 Impersonation

Do not impersonate other users, celebrities, or organizations. Be authentic and represent yourself truthfully.

🚫 Copyright Infringement

Do not share content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. Only share content you own or have permission to share.

  • Images: Ensure images are high quality and properly attributed
  • Videos: Keep videos engaging and consider content warnings for sensitive material
  • Audio: Ensure audio content is clear and properly labeled

ImpHyve's unique viral spread system is designed to promote quality content organically:

Reporting and Moderation

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

1. Report the Content

Use the report button on posts or contact us at report@imphyve.social

2. Provide Details

Include specific information about why the content violates our guidelines

3. Our Review Process

Our moderation team will review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action

Moderation Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

  • Remove violating content
  • Issue warnings to users
  • Temporarily restrict account features
  • Suspend accounts for repeated violations
  • Permanently ban accounts for severe violations

Appeals Process

If you believe your content was incorrectly moderated or your account was unfairly restricted:

Include your username, the specific content or action being appealed, and a detailed explanation of why you believe the moderation was incorrect.

We will review appeals within 48 hours and provide a response.

Age Verification

ImpHyve is strictly for users 18 years and older. By using our platform, you confirm that:

  • You have provided accurate birth date information
  • You understand that ImpHyve is an adult platform

We reserve the right to request additional age verification if needed.
